Inspiration

Yerba mate, an energy boosting infused drink from the leaves of the Ilex Paraguariensis plant, is hugely popular in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and southern Brazil. The drink has a rich history dating back centuries to the indigenous communities of South America, called the Guaraní, who revered it for its stimulating and fortifying properties.

Yerba mate’s distinct earthy aroma and flavour, with bright grassy notes, hints of roasted hay and sweet, nutty undertones, have now been distilled into a delectable, smooth, rounded spirit.

Our Process

The first of its kind, Yerba Spirit is hand crafted using traditional methods, distilling in small batches in copper stills, before being bottled, labelled and sealed by hand.

Yerba Spirit distils yerba mate in a carefully designed process to enhance its natural flavour and aroma, embodying the iconic taste in a unique botanical spirit.

Immerse yourself in a journey of discovery, where each bottle promises not just a drink, but an experience crafted for the bold and curious.
